1. Product Overview
The BT series electric actuator is one of the actuator unit products in the DDZ series of electric unit combination instruments. The actuator and the regulating valve body form an electric regulating valve, which is the actuator regulating mechanism in industrial process measurement and control systems. It can be widely applied in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, heating, building automation, and light industry. It uses 220V (110V, 380V) AC power supply and 24V DC power supply as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal, which can make the valve move to the desired position and achieve its automatic control. The maximum output torque reaches 25000N

2.2 Working principle
The working principle of the BT series intelligent linear electric actuator is shown in Figure 1. The intelligent control unit is composed of a single-chip microprocessor and peripheral chips. It receives standard 4-20mA DC signals (or voltage signals), and after signal conditioning and A/D conversion, it is sent to the microprocessor. The microprocessor sends the processed data to the LCD display to adjust the results. The control signal generated by the operation and processing drives the motor, and after variable speed, it drives the transmission screw, generating mechanical travel. After position detection, it is fed to the microprocessor for data processing, completing the action of "signal and position" correspondence.
In addition, the system also has communication function and can receive instructions from the upper computer for remote digital control. Operations can be performed on the intelligent controller panel, and local control of the actuator can also be achieved through menus and buttons. This system also has fault alarm and independent analog 4-20mA position feedback output.
